Check out the next episode at the Lifeguard POD, where the kids talk about All Saints Day and remembering those people we love but don’t get to see a lot of these days.
Here are some activities you can do this week that go along with the story.
Daily Prayer
Heavenly Father, thank you for the many and wonderful saints that followed Jesus down through the ages. Help us to follow their good examples and to remember what a blessing it is to be in the same family of faith. We ask this in Jesus’ name – Amen!
Sing A Song.

WONDERINGS: Talk about your answers to these questions with someone.
- I wonder how we might offer hope to the hopeless?
- I wonder how we might offer gladness to the grieving?
- I wonder how we might offer nourishment to the hungry? I wonder if nourishment can be more than food and drink?
- I wonder how we might offer mercy to others?
- I wonder who we know that is humble? How have we witnessed this?
- I wonder who we know who has a pure heart? How do we witness this?
- I wonder who we know that offers peace to others? How have we witnessed this?
- I wonder who we know that stands up for what they believe, even when they are bullied by others?
Let Someone Know You Care
Just like the Lifeguard POD kids, you can write a letter or draw a picture to send to someone and show them that you love them and are thinking about them. You can also call them on the phone. Get an adult to help you reach out to someone who means a lot to you.
Activities
Remember! Get an adult to take photos or videos of you doing these activities and send them to ministry@stpaulscb.org and you might see yourself after a church service!
Disclaimer: Sending your photo or video to us grants St Paul’s UMC to use your child’s image during the livestream church service.
