It’s hard to believe, but the season of Advent is almost upon us. Although most of this year has felt like a season of waiting and preparation, maybe that means an Advent study is just what we need. We have two very exciting opportunities coming up!
Incarnation: Recovering the Significance of Christmas by Adam Hamilton: Led by Pastor Shawn, this 4-week study seeks to discover the meanings behind the names of Christ. His parents gave him the name Jesus, but others called him Lord, Messiah, Savior, Emmanuel, Light of the World, and Word Made Flesh. As we explore the gospels, we can reclaim the Christ Child who brings us together, heals our hearts, and calls us to bring light into the darkness.
