Whole slow-cooked Boston Butts are $40 and a half is $25. Pick up from 2 to 3:30pm on Saturday, October 29th at St Paul’s United Methodist Church, 300 Harper Ave, Carolina Beach, NC. You can also call the church office at 910.458.5310 or email office office@stpaulscb.org. Pay when you pick up, either cash or check.
Each whole Boston Butt weighs 7 to 9 lbs. before cooking. We dry rub them and let them sit overnight, soaking in the spices, then cook them to fall-off-the bone delight. Proceeds benefit the Community Life Center, which assists Carolina Beach Elementary and other groups with gatherings and events.
